     Duties and Responsibilities - Accounting Section

1. Prepare accounting documents, record accounting transaction, improve accounting system, summarize current financial status according to accounting system and regulations.
2. Prepare the reports’ financial statements to send to related authorities in time.
3. Control the expenditure disbursement of each finance system as annual action plan.
4. Give advice, instruct and facilitate to personnel relating to disbursement.
5. Keep accounting documents in order to validate and terminate them.
6. Coordinate with all relevant organizations by internally and externally.
7. Formulate an operation calendar, propose projects and report overall operations as sequenced.
8. Foster and maintain the college properties commissioned.
9. Perform other assignments relevant to its terms of reference.
