     Duties and Responsibilities - General Administration Section

1. Perform duties as Thailand-PM.-office document administrative regulations.
2. Arrange office documents and notifications, check correctly documents, order important reports, coordinate with others, make personnel comfortable and other section regarding typing documents, control typing staff performance belong government regulation.
3. Conclude opinions to report the director and send to another section both internal and external college.
4. Compile and provide document system, evidences and performance regulation for making convenience, giving service to personnel and students.
5. Collect and spread policies, regulations, rule directives, instructions to announce to personnel and students in college.
6. Offer postal services, postal money order, fax to personnel and students.
7. Formulate an operation calendar, propose projects and report overall operations as sequenced.
8. Foster and maintain the college properties commissioned.
9. Perform other assignments relevant to its terms of reference.
