     Duties and Responsibilities - Career Guidance and Job Employment Section 

1. Hold a student orientation and post training about the teaching and learning including behavior, discipline and rules.
2. Formulate student manual and trainee manual.
3. Manage student loan funds and allocate scholarship for study and work.
4. Provide counseling services, career guidance and job placement for students and trainees.
5. Liaise with organizations and workplaces to provide jobs for students and trainees.
6. Build a network, career guidance in collaboration with public, private and community sectors agencies.
7. Conduct career guidance and promotion, higher education and self- employment.
8. Collect student information and follow up students who continues to study and gets self- employment. Make a report to relevant persons.
9. Coordinate internal and external organizations.
10. Formulate an operation calendar, propose projects and report overall operations as sequenced.
11. Foster and maintain the college property commissioned.
12. Perform other assignments relevant to its terms of reference.
