2. Organize the government area and the buildings as related laws and rules.
3. Foster, repair, and maintain buildings.
4. Guards supervised the building of the schools safe from disasters, crime, fire and other disasters.
5. Give advice, instruct and facilitate to personnel relating to premises.
6. Keep documents.
7. Coordinate with all relevant organizations by internally and externally.
8. Formulate an operation calendar, propose projects and report overall operations as sequenced.
9. Foster and maintain the college properties commissioned.
10. Perform other assignments relevant to its terms of reference.
