1. Collect data in internal and external the college. Analyze, store, formulate and information service.
2. Collect and propagate information technology beneficial for the study management and future career.
3. Develop information network of the institute linked to other institutes.
4. Supervise, control and maintain the system to comply with Thailand's Cybercrime Act amendment.
5. Operate the human resources center of vocational college.
6. Collaborate and offer internal and external cooperation to other organizations.
7. Formulate an operation calendar, propose projects and report overall operations as sequenced.
8. Foster and maintain the college properties commissioned.
9. Perform other assignments relevant to its terms of reference.
