| Duties and Responsibilities - Teacher Advisors Section |
|
1. Nominate teacher counselors.
2. Supervise, promote, student information documents.
3. Promote and co-ordinate teacher counselors in the area of activities participation.
4. Give approval for students to register for courses Registration for transfer of knowledge and experience, request for change, request for addition and request to withdraw course Request for suspension of study, transfer, resignation, request for a waiver or exemption from payment of course registration fees, follow up, advise, give advice on studying Calculation of grade point average for students.
5. Coordinate with counselors, departments and section heads to solve problems of students and participants.
6. Monitor and evaluate teacher counselors, then analyze, evaluate and report to executive director.
7. Formulate an annual operation calendar, propose projects and report overall operations as sequenced.
8. Foster and maintain the college property commissioned.
9. Perform other assignments relevant to its terms of reference.
