1. Promote and encourage students and personnel to do research, knowledge development on technology, innovation and invention beneficial for education, living career and entire community.
2. Analyze, research and evaluate the utility of curriculum, instruction assessment, use of equipment and materials, use of premises, relevant study tasks and evaluation for the outcome of training and other activities.
3. Collect and publish the result for analysis, research and assessment of instruction management, innovations and inventions including institute development, administration, profession development and teacher’s academic papers.
4. Collaborate and offer internal and external cooperation to other organizations.
5. Formulate an operation calendar, propose projects and report overall operations as sequenced.
6. Foster and maintain the college properties commissioned.
7. Perform other assignments relevant to its terms of reference.
